I have a health problem. Can I come in right now?
Yes, we are open 7 days a week, Monday – Friday 9am -10pm  Saturday 10am – 8pm  and
Sunday 10am – 6pm.
We may have special hours on major holidays, so please call for our holiday hours.
Where are you located?
We have two convenient locations in Brooklyn:
Bushwick –   1349 Broadway, Brooklyn NY between Linden Street and Gates Avenue
Flatbush  – 1576 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn NY between Nostrand Ave and Avenue H
Do you treat children?
Yes, our emergency physicians are trained and experienced in all unanticipated pediatric
illnesses and injuries.
We also have a pediatrician for all primary care.
What do you treat?
We treat a wide range of ailments, back pain, bumps and bruises, cuts, infections, and
injuries. We also provide a wide range of preventive care or physicals that may be
necessary for school, work or summer camp. Our multi specialty specialty facility can
provide you with all your needs.
How do I tell if I need to go to an emergency room or I can come to you?
If you are in active labor or experiencing a potentially life-threatening condition, call 911
or go to your nearest emergency room. For minor emergencies or urgent care, such as
conditions that are causing discomfort or problems in need of immediate treatment, feel
free to come to us. If you are still in doubt, Call us at 718-975-2270.
What will it cost for me to see a clinician?
Typical basic charges range from $125-$250 depending on your illness or injury and the
services provided. X-rays, suturing or diagnostic tests are additional.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We now participate in most major insurance plans.  See our Insurance Page for
details , and please check your own plan for co-pays, deductibles and eligibility. If we do
not accept your plan then payment is accepted prior to your visit, and we will provide
you with the documentation and forms needed for reimbursement of out-of-network
services, to the extent that you may be eligible.
What if I have no health insurance?
No insurance? No problem. You pay directly for the care you receive. Office visit starts
at $125.  Our visits are less than half the price of a typical emergency room visit.
How long will I have to wait to see a clinician?
Our goal is to have you seen, treated, and back on your way in an hour. Wait times vary
based on the extent of your illness or injury and the number of patients needing to be
seen. Wait times will always be less than a visit to the emergency room.
What if I’m from out of town?

No problem. AG Urgent Care is here for you. We will treat you and provide you with your records for your regular physician. If you like, we’ll even contact your clinician by phone or e-mail.

I have my own family clinician, but I can’t get an appointment for three days and I need help now. Can I come to you?

Yes.  That is one of the reasons we started AG Urgent Care. We can treat you immediately and will provide all relevant information to your regular clinician.

Who are the clinicians?

Dr. Theophine Abakporo, Dr. Levi H. Lehv are board-certified emergency physicians who can treat minor emergencies or immediate needs.

What if I need to see a specialist?

We have a network of specialists on site and will make every effort to arrange timely and appropriate follow up.
