I HAVE A HEALTH PROBLEM. CAN I COME IN RIGHT NOW?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome. Please check our Brooklyn and Queens locations for hours. You can also check in online to save time when you arrive. We may have special hours on major holidays, so please call for our holiday hours.

DO YOU TREAT CHILDREN?
Yes, we have pediatricians, and we provide Urgent Care and Primary Care for children. We also carry a wide variety of vaccinations that most kids require for school.
WHAT DO YOU TREAT?
We treat a wide range of ailments, back pain, bumps and bruises, cuts, infections, and injuries.
We also provide a wide range of preventive care/ physicals that may be necessary for school, work, or summer camp.
HOW DO I TELL IF I NEED TO GO TO AN EMERGENCY ROOM VS. URGENT CARE?
If you are in active labor or experiencing a potentially life‐threatening condition, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
For conditions that are causing discomfort or problems in need of immediate treatment, feel free to walk in.

WHAT WILL IT COST FOR ME TO SEE A CLINICIAN?
We accept most insurance. However, if you don’t have insurance we also accept WeHealth or you can pay out of pocket. Depending on your illness or injury and the services provided the fees will vary. View our pricing below. X‐rays, suturing, or diagnostic tests are added to a standard visit.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Yes. We now participate in most major insurance plans. View our list of accepted insurance providers for details. Please check your own plan for co‐pays, deductibles, and eligibility.
If we do not accept your plan then payment is accepted prior to your visit, and we will provide you with the documentation and forms needed for reimbursement of out‐of‐network services, to the extent that you may be eligible.
WHAT IF I HAVE NO HEALTH INSURANCE?
No insurance? No problem. You pay directly for the care you receive. Office visit starts at $150. Our visits are a fraction of the price of a typical emergency room visit. Those interested in joining the WEHEALTH MEMBERSHIP are eligible for Free visits.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT TO SEE A CLINICIAN?
Our goal is to have you seen, treated, and back on your way as quickly as possible.
Wait times vary based on the extent of your illness or injury and the number of patients needing to be seen.
Wait times will always be less than a visit to the emergency room.
WHAT IF I’M FROM OUT OF TOWN?
No problem. AG Urgent Care is here for you. We will treat you and provide you with your records for your regular physician. If you like, we’ll even contact your clinician by phone or e-mail.
I HAVE MY OWN FAMILY CLINICIAN, BUT I CAN’T GET AN APPOINTMENT AND I NEED HELP NOW. CAN I COME TO YOU?
Yes. That is one of the reasons we started AG Urgent Care. We can treat you immediately and will provide all relevant information to your regular clinician.
